You acknowledge that transactions on PlayerzPot may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Any amount paid may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your virtual currency earned. You agree not to raise any complaint or claim against PlayerzPot in respect of any delay, including any lost opportunity to join any games Pot/Match due to delay in crediting of transaction amount into the PlayerzPot balance.
Pot Cancellations and Losses:
PlayerzPot may cancel a game's pot due to an insufficient number of participants in a pot. You agree that in no case will you claim to receive the refund in any other form (including transfer through a payment settlement system). Further, PlayerzPot shall not be responsible or liable in any manner, if you do not win in a games pot. You agree to not make any claim to receive a refund (in the form of credits or any other form) if you do not win a pot.
Withdrawal of Winnings:
You can transfer any portion of your winnings to your Paytm wallet/Bank if your winnings are beyond a specific threshold. The threshold shall be mentioned on the PlayerzPot site/Application. Once you raise a request to withdraw a portion of your winnings, PlayerzPot shall initiate such a request within up to 120 hours* to the payment settlement system that you seek to use to transfer the amount to the platform/mode used by the payment settlement system. You agree to not hold the PlayerzPot responsible or liable for any delay or failure in transferring the requested amount to your desired payment settlement system’s platform/mode used.
Disconnection/Mobile usage Policy games:
PlayerzPot shall not be liable for any network outage or any problems/interruptions with network connectivity as the same is beyond PlayerzPot’s control.
PlayerzPot shall not be responsible and/or liable for any interruption in a PlayerzPot game and/or pot caused at the user’s end due to an incoming call, message, chat, video call or any other interruption on the mobile phone device. In case of any interruption specified above in a - PlayerzPot game and/or pot on the user’s mobile phone device, the game and/or pot shall still continue and the user shall assume complete responsibility for such interruptions in between the games and/or pots.
Disconnection/Mobile usage Policy games:
If a user exits from the finding player screen, in that scenario the user will not get any refund of the entry amount. If the user exits from the in-game screen(q&a screen) willingly/mistakenly no compensation/refund for the entry amount will be given. In both cases, PlayerzPot should not be considered liable for the losses that occurred due to the user's device failure and/or user's decisions. PlayerzPot will not entertain any refund queries for the same. Once the user has joined a pot in any case the user will not be given any refund for the entry-amount if the user exits or closes the app. If you miss playing for 3 consecutive chances due to network connectivity or any other reason, the opponent will be declared a winner.

Starting the game

To activate any token, the player has to roll the dice and get 6. Once he gets the desired number the token will be placed on the start tile(Tile number 1). Winning a game

To win a game a player has to take both his token to the winning tile(Tile number 100). Killing a player.

Whenever a player lands on any tile where an opponent's token is present, in that case, the token to arrive later will kill the previously present token/tokens sending him/them to the starting tile(Tile number 1). Also, the player whose token has killed the opponent player's token will get a bonus to roll the dice.

Users who killed the other u will get a bonus chance to play again. (Now here 2 more conditions arise)

When a player's token is bitten by a snake and is taken to the tile where his tail ends if the opponent's token is already present there in that case the already present token will be killed and be taken to the starting tile(Tile number 1). Also, the player whose token has killed the opponent player token will get a bonus to roll the dice.

When a player token takes a ladder and is taken to the tile where the ladder leads if the opponent token is already present there in that case the already present token will be killed and be taken to the starting tile(Tile number 1).Also, the player whose token has killed the opponent players token will get a bonus to roll the dice. Pachisi gameplay is almost similar to the traditional LUDO play but here -

Upon rolling the dice, players need to move the tokens clockwise once around the board to reach the home column.

Token should move according to the dice value rolled.

When there are two or more tokens in play, player's can select the token they want to move around the track.

The game will start with player 1 and will end with player 2 (This means that if the dice is being rolled by player 1 and the countdown time ends then player 2 will get a chance to roll dice once despite the time is over).
Killing An Opponent:

If a player's token ends on a square which was already occupied by the opponent's token, the opponent's token moves back to the starting square.
Secure Spots:

There are a total of 8 secure spots. And once the token enters the home column, it's secured.

A player landing on any of the 8 secure spots cannot be killed and cannot kill any of the opponents tokens.
Dice Roll:

Each player will be provided with 12 seconds to roll the dice and make a move. In case of no response, the player will lose their life.

Overall 3 lives will be provided to each player.

If a player has not rolled the dice within 12 seconds, they will lose one of their lives and the turn will pass to the opponent.

After missing 3 lives, a player cannot play the game further and will be confirmed as dismissed.
Winning The Game:

Tie Situation:
In case of tie, prize money will be equally distributed.

If a player has landed all his 4 tokens inside the home triangle.

If a player has used up all his 3 lives, the game ends and his opponent wins the game.
Note:

Quitting/killing the app OR Leaving the game will be considered as forfeit and no price or refund will be provided for the same, at the same time the opponent will be declared as the winner.

In case of internet connectivity problems or app crash, players can reopen the app and will be reconnected to the same game session if active.
Chess:
Gameplay

Upon selecting the game, select on the pots of your choice and you will be entering into the game against an opponent.

Depending upon the pot the players will have 5-10 minutes to play.

The White team will play first, followed by the Black.

Each piece moves in a different way, you can see while selecting the piece.

There are a total of 32 chess pieces on the board, with each side having 16 pieces.

There are 6 distinct types of Chess pieces. The ultimate goal is to deliver a checkmate by trapping the opponent's King.

Rook: Move any number of squares horizontally and vertically.

Queen: Move any number of squares in any direction.

Pawn: Moves vertically forward.

Knight: Can move two squares vertically and one horizontally, or two horizontally and one vertically (drawing a shape of L).

Bishop: Move any number of squares diagonally.

Check
This will happen when a King is in a position where it can be captured by a hostile piece. To remove the King from a check position, the player can do the following:
1-Capture the piece threatening the king.2-Move the King.3-Block the threat.
Checkmate

This happens when the King is in an inescapable threat of being captured. By doing this, you win the game.

Player who does a stalemate will be declared as the winner.
Losing Conditions

You lose the game if you run out of time.

Or if your opponent is able to checkmate your King, you lose.

RUMMY
There are five types of Rummy games that can be played on Playerzpot.
1.Points Rummy
Points Rummy is a form of 13 cards rummy where players try to set cards in valid sets and the first one to make a valid declaration wins the game.
- With a pre-decided point value of Rs 0.05, the players start playing.
- After a toss decides which player will play first, 13 cards are dealt randomly to every player.
- The game is declared up and running when the first card from the pack is placed in the open deck.
- The objective is to arrange all the thirteen in-hand cards in sequences and/or sets.
- Each player takes turns to pick a card or discard a card from either of the closed or open decks.
- Once you have all thirteen cards in a sequence then you must declare the cards in hand.
- Players also have the drop option in case he/she feels less confident about winning the game to minimise the number of points by which they lose.
- If a player drops on their very first turn then they lose just 20 points. However, after the first turn, a player loses 40 points after dropping.
2.Pool Rummy
The 13 card rummy consists of various deals as the players try to keep their score as low as possible. The first one to reach 101 points gets eliminated.
- The players join a Pool Rummy table with a fixed entry fee of Rs 5. This entry fee is used to form the prize pool.
- The rules of Pool Rummy is the same as Points Rummy with the only difference being the elimination of players.
- After the players are dealt 13 random cards each, it’s their goal to arrange all the cards in their hands in sets or sequences as quickly as possible.
- The winner of every deal gets zero points and the players try to keep their total as low as possible.
- The players to reach 101 points or over are out of the game.
- The winner is decided when a player is the last one on the table or the remaining players decide to split the winnings amongst themselves.
- The split option is valid only when three or less than three players agree upon it. Then the winning amount gets split amongst them.
- There’s also a drop option for the players if they feel less confident of winning the game and minimise the points by which they lose.

3.Deals Rummy
This variant of rummy deals with chips that are allotted to the players at the start of the game. The player with the maximum number of chips at the end of the game is declared the winner.
- There is a fixed entry of Rs 5 for all players who wish to play a game of deals. The entry fee is used to form the prize pool.
- Each player is allocated a fixed number of chips at the start of the game.
- The number of deals is allotted according to the number of players that are on the table.
- 13 cards are randomly distributed amongst the players and the first card drawn from the pack and placed in the open deck signals the start of the game.
- The objective is to arrange all 13 in-hand cards in sets and/or sequences.
- To declare themselves the winner, a player must have at least two sequences, one of which should be a pure sequence.
- After a deal ends, the winner of the deal will take the chips from the losers depending upon their score
- After all the deals are over, the player with the highest amount of chips wins the game.
- If a player feels less confident of winning the game then he/she can use the drop option. Although in this case, the drop option is available in only six-player deals and not two-player deals.
- A player loses by 20 points if he/she decides to drop in the first round. After that, a player will lose by 40 points for dropping after the first round.
4. 201 Pool Rummy
The longest variant of the Pool Rummy is also one of the longest forms of rummy played online.
- The players join a Pool Rummy table with a fixed entry fee of Rs 5. This entry fee is used to form the prize pool.
- The rules of Pool Rummy is the same as Points Rummy with the only difference being the elimination of players.
- After the players are dealt with the 13 random cards each, they have to avoid reaching a total of 201 points for as long as possible.
- The players to reach 201 points or over are out of the game.
- The winner of every deal gets zero points as the number of points gradually increase according to the point at which the players are eliminated.
- The winner is decided when a player is the last one on the table, or the remaining players decide to split the winnings amongst themselves.
- The split option is valid only when three or less than three players agree upon it. Then the winning amount gets split amongst them.
- There’s also a drop option for the players if they feel less confident of winning the game and minimise the points by which they lose.
- If a player drops on their very first turn, they lose just 25 points. However, after the first turn, a player loses 50 points after dropping.
5. POOL 51
Need to relax with a game of rummy, nothing can beat Pool Rummy.
- A Pool game has multiple deals where winner of every deal gets 0 points, other players gets points which are added to their score.
- Players try to keep their scores as low as possible, deal after deal, the players whose score reaches to or over 51 are out of the game.
- You win the game when you are last player left on the table or Split the money with other players as explained below.
What Is The DROP Option?
- If a player drops on their first turn, they lose by 15 points. If Player drops after their first turn they lose by 30 points. If Player does invalid declaration, they lose 60 points.

Drop is used by a player when he/she feels less confident of winning and intends to minimize points by which they lose.
What Is The Split Option?
- Split option allows winning amount in a pool game to be split among more than 1 player if all players left in the game agree.
- Split option shows up when there are 3 or less than 3 players left on the table and at least one player has been eliminated and If the scores of players left on the table are close enough.
POKER GAME RULES
About Poker
Poker is played from one single deck consisting of 4 suits which include Spades, Hearts, Diamond and Clubs. The card ranks from Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. The objective of most variants of poker is to make the best hand consisting of 5 cards. To determine the best hand between the players, fixed hand ranks are used.
Cards
Poker is played with a standard 52-card pack. The cards are categorized into two (Hole and community cards). The combination of 5 cards from hole and community cards is used to make a complete hand in poker.
- Hole cards: These cards are not shared with any player during a game and can range from 6 to 2 in numbers. These cards stay face down during the game and are only revealed during a showdown event.
- Community cards: These cards are shared amongst all the players in a game and stay face up. They make up the board in the centre of the table and hence are also known as table cards.
Chips
A chip is either a small disk or a brick that is used in place of real money as in-game currency for poker games.
Blinds And Position
The minimum bet value that a player has to place in a game is known as blinds.Position is an order or arrangement in which the players of a poker game sit around the table. The positions of players in a hand are determined by right-to-deal cards in a clockwise direction.
Forced Bets
Compulsory bets like a small blind, big blind and ante that have to be made by the players in the game are known as forced bets. For making forced bets, players are required to make an initial stake to contest.

The arrangement of the seating plan on a poker table is categorized into below position categories:-
Early Positions, Mid Positions, Late Positions, Small Blind, Big Blinds, UTG Cut off, Hijack
Buy-in Limits
The buy-in limit is the maximum amount that is allowed in one single game in a hand of poker. There are three types of limits in poker for buy-in in a hand.
- No Limit
- Pot Limit
- Fixed Limit
Poker Game Actions:
Game action is the term for all the actions that a player can take while playing the game. Game actions in poker are:-
- Call - It means that there is an active bet/raise going on and the player has to match that bet by calling to continue in a hand.
- Check - It means that the user can pass the gaming action to another player without putting up any more chips in the pot.
- Bet/Raise - Raise means wagering up any amount into the pot to increase the pot value either to start the action or to increase the raise amount above the raise of another player. Bet is the first raise of any betting round.
- Fold - Fold means that the player voluntarily doesn’t want to be part of the current hand.
- All In - is a special case of raise or call where a player has committed all his/her stack chips to the pot therefore he will be part of the hand till the showdown and can’t be considered as a folded player.
Game actions are taken up by players in each betting round. These betting rounds or hand phases are:-
- Preflop - Betting rounds which happen after the distribution of hole cards and putting up of blinds (Forced bets). In this round, the player has to decide his action based on his hole cards only.
- Postflop - Betting rounds that happen after opening up the first three community cards ( Flop). In this round, the player has to decide his action based on his hole cards only.
- Turn - Betting round that happens after opening up of the 4th community card (Turn).
- River - Betting round that happens after opening up of the 5th community card (River).
- Showdown - This is the final stage in a poker hand where the remaining players in the hand have to show their cards to decide who is the winner of the hand.
Variants Of Poker
1. Hold'em: In a Hold'em card game, every player on the table gets two cards (hole cards) that are not visible to other players. Five cards are revealed face-up on the table during the betting rounds which are termed "community cards". As per the strength of his cards, every player takes an action (a bet, raise, call, fold) on his turn to act. After the betting rounds, the players reveal their cards. The player with the best five-card hand as per the hand ranking rules wins the pot (the amount of money all players wager on the table during the betting rounds).
2. Omaha
- Omaha 4: It puts skill to the test more than other poker game variants because each player is dealt 4 cards in the game out of which 2 and only 2 have to be used to make your best 5 card combination. The community cards open the same as Hold’em only but a player can use only 3 of them to make his best hand.
Ludo Tournament T&C
Solo Tournament:
The goal of the game is to score maximum points in a fixed number of moves.
A. Tournament Rules:
- Every match has 36 moves at the start of the game.
- Every player can get multiple entries in this tournament. The number of maximum entries will be varying from tournament to tournament.
- Player can select his token color before the match begins i.e. red, blue, green or yellow for every match.
- Players have to play at least 1 match to be considered eligible for the leaderboard rankings.
- In case of score tie, the prize money is equally divided between the tied players.
B. Game Rules:
- Each player have 4 tokens, all outside the cage at the starting point.
- You do not have to get 6 on the dice to make your first move, as all tokens are outside the cage and can be moved by any number you get on the dice.
- You get 12 seconds to roll the dice and make a move. In case you fail to do so, you will lose one of your lives. You have a total of 3 lives in a match.
- Losing all 3 lives will land you out of the game.
- Rolling a 6 on the dice will NOT grant you an extra turn.
- You can capture opponents' tokens by landing on them. Each token contains points based on its location. Capturing the token will grant you the points it contains.
- Capturing a token grants you an extra turn.
- Moving tokens to the home triangle grants extra turns.
- This mode has a total of 36 moves + extra moves (if any). The match ends after all moves are exhausted.
- The player to score maximum points in the leaderboard will be a winner.
C. Scoring Points:
- Every token move gives a '+1' point.
- Capturing a token gives the points it contains.
- If you lose all three lives or quit the game your score at the time of leaving the game will be submitted to the leaderboard.
Multiplayer Mode:
The goal of the game is to score maximum points in a duration of 7 minutes or take 2 of your tokens to home.
Game Rules
- Each player has 4 tokens, all outside the cage at the starting point.
- You do not have to get 6 on the dice to make your first move, as all tokens are outside the cage and can be moved by any number you get on the dice.
- You get 8 seconds to roll the dice and make a move. In case you fail to do so, you will lose one of your lives, You have a total of 3 lives in a match.
- Losing all 3 lives will result in the opponent to be a winner.
- Rolling a 6 on the dice grants you an extra turn.
- You can capture opponents' tokens by landing on them. Captured tokens are sent back to their starting position. Remember, captured tokens are not sent inside the cage.
- Capturing an opponent's token grants you an extra turn.
- Moving tokens to the Home triangle grants you an extra turn.
- If a player lands on a space with a "star" symbol, their token is safe from capture by other players and cannot be sent back to the starting position.
- This mode has a time limit of 7 minutes. The match ends after 7 minutes of gameplay.
- The player to score maximum points in these 7 minutes is the winner.
- You'll also win the match if you take 2 of your tokens to the home triangle, even if the opponent has scored more.
- In case of a score tie, the prize money is equally divided between the two players.
Scoring Points
- Every token move gives a '+1' point.
- Capturing a token gives '+20' points to you and the opponent’s points are reduced by the number of moves that the token has made.
- Moving tokens to their home triangle gives '+50' points per token.
Powerups
Powerups can be availed 5 times per game and the first powerup is free of charge, rest can be used by paying a charge. Users can select one power up 5 times or a combination, this is up to them.These powerups can be bought using bonuses only.
Powerups are as follows,
- Low numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number smaller than 4 ie. 1,2,3
- High numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number greater than 3 ie 4,5,6
- Even numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number from 2, 4, 6 4.
- Odd numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number from 1, 3, 5 Bonus is required to utilise powerups.
